Olivia Rodrigo

Olivia Isabel Rodrigo, born on 20 February 2003, is an American actor and singer-songwriter. In the latter half of 2010 she became famous for her role as the lead actress in Disney's TV shows Bizaardvark (High School Musical: The Musical: The Series). Rodrigo's first single, "Drivers License", was released by Interscope Records and Geffen in 2020. It broke many records and was one of the top 2021 songs that were sold. It helped propel her into mainstream fame. The single was followed by the hits "Deja Vu", "Good 4 U" and "Good 4 U" prior to her debut solo studio album, Sour (2021), which was a commercial and critical acclaim and was awarded three Grammy Awards. In 2022 the 2022 Disney+ documentary called Olivia Rodrigo: Drive Home 2 U was released which chronicles her process of creating in the making of Sour. Rodrigo has been an Billboard Hot 100 Number-One Single and one Billboard 200 Number-One Album, and five multi-Platinum certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America. She was also recognized by the American Music Award and seven Billboard Music Awards. Time declared her an Entertainer of 2021 as well as Billboard named her the woman of the Year in 2022. Olivia Isabel Rodrigo was the daughter of Jennifer Rodrigo, who was a teacher at a school, as well as Chris Rodrigo, a family therapist. She was born in Rancho Springs Medical Center, Murrieta, California on February 20th, 2003. Her birthplace was Temecula in California. Rodrigo is Filipino American.
