Sharp was born within Rochester (New York) and embraced the world of music. At the Hochstein School of Music, she studied cello, clarinet as well as piano. She received a full scholarship to The Boston Conservatory for her enthusiasm in school theatre. Following her graduation from Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp's primary focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of The Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the interactive comedy Eat the Runt, she was a variety of characters. Other theatre performances include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with writer August Wilson himself. Sharp has been working in both on the screen and on stage is currently engaged in several unique projects. In addition to performing, she is currently making an album. When she's not working the front cameras, or working in a studio to record music, Sharp has a love of fitness. She is always fitness classes and learning Krav Maga.. She is also a piano player, hiking and long roadstrips. Sharp lives in Los Angeles, California with her family.
